Brief reply, after returning from out-of-state funeral:

The guerrilla radio kids from out-of-state who came to New Orleans used this
technology by setting up their own towers and antennas, ham-style. While
their
propaganzinding and black-ops tactics annoyed hams, license holders and law
enforcement officials alike, their community service intentions were good
and
their techniques were effective. I suggest we 1) compare our technical
hacks to
theirs and 2) consider recruiting kids like them into legit no-code
licensing
well before the next disaster.
