[GA ARES] Articles Regarding Katrina Communications by WiFi Folks

I had an inquiry about articles relating to the adhoc WiFi networks put in
place after Katrina and thought perhaps others might be interested in

Hope that helps with additional information.  The one I remember seeing was
in Network World.  I did a search on the www.networkworld.com website using
