USB drive or floppy the concept is the same. It is not the ham creating the
documents it is the EOC personnel working within the programs they are
familer with creating the data they need transmitted and the ham is simply

This is built in functionality within both the Airmail and Paclink
clients. Both have POP/SMTP mail servers built in and can accept messages
directly with no need to detach and reattach the attachment.
The basic design goal behind Paclink was to provide a way for end users to
send messages with their existing email programs. There is also no need to
install the Paclink program inside the EOC firewall which can overcome a
very real IT issue.
It is very easy to run either Airmail or Paclink and send messages using
Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora or any standard email client.
