I was using the term "testing" as in a drill or functioning under life like
adverse conditions.
Much like the SET is intended to "test" our capability.
The Honduras mission is much closer to the "real thing" than are many drills.
I mean "real thing" to describe a Katrina like or other disaster as
differentiated from a planned and pre-coordinated mission.
