Good Evening Folks,
Just wanted to drop a line about the possible activation of Skywarn 
tomorrow for the Peachtree City NWS.  Please be aware that the Jasper 
146.805 is down in output (because of an earlier lightning strike is my 
understanding).  Our remote here in Fayetteville (444.600) can hear the 
repeater, but we have to open the squelch up all the way. That is just 
not possible.  I have not tried our backup remote in PTC (442.500) which 
we can open it's squelch all the way remotely.  I will try that if we do 
get activated.  The Dahlonega 146.835 (100hz) is pretty usable 
throughout the same coverage area as the Jasper repeater.  This will be 
a viable solution for now.  Also remember that KD4YDC-R is also a link 
that is very strong as well.
