[GA ARES] Roll out of Online Database/Resources/Reporting

This June, Tom Hughes (KD4OEZ) of Gwinnett ARES will be releasing
statewide an online web site to track ARES membership, resources, and
participation. The site allows both the EC's and individual members to
work together in keeping information accurate. The web site was
successfully implemented in June of 2006 within Gwinnett ARES. Starting in
April, the Metro Atlanta District will be exercising a role out plan to
its member counties with a statewide release targeted for June.

I do want to take the time to thank all that have contributed to making this work especially all the hard work Tom Hughes has put into this project.
