[GA ARES] Paging

All well and good about spam, the NWS, email forwarding, and we're working 
on it but that doesn't answer my question. This problem seems to always pop 
up at a critical moment. In this case, severe weather. This morning a test 
page was sent to the last four paging addresses I have been given but all 
bounced. It would be nice to know when changes are being made to the Barker 
paging system. Any solutions to this trouble would be appreciated.
