[GA ARES] Paging

Once again I am unable to page any of the Cobb ARES Motorola pagers via the 
dedicated email address for my area. During the previous four failures (due 
to changes made to the system that I was not made aware of) I was able to 
use the SNPP method but that is also out of commission at this time. Is the 
Georgia ARES paging dead, dying, or operating on life support? Any 
information regarding status would be appreciated.
