[GA ARES] Activation today (2/17)

<Please forgive me if you get this several times>  
Ok Folks,
Dig the foxholes, man the trenches.  Skywarn Activation is scheduled for 
3pm today.  Because of this, the normal training net for today on 
VHF/UHF will not happen today.  There is a possibility that the HF net 
will be eclipsed by the activation as well...TBA on that.

We will need local nets to activate if your area becomes either; 1) 
Warned for (Please look ahead of these storm lines and make a judgment 
call to activate or not.  Don't wait till the last second to activate).  
2) Watch posted for, or 3) Conditions are right for (the before 
mentioned).  Have a liaison come to the state net with your reports.  We 
may or may not have the time, man power or means to COME TO YOU and get 
these reports.

Remember, be safe.  Think about this BEFORE reporting or contacting us 
on the radio.  Also, get the report in THE FASTEST WAY POSSIBLE.  It is 
no longer a hobby when peoples lives could be at stake.  The faster you 
get this info in...the faster it will help people down the line.
